A.S.A.P. will help you in any way possible to prepare and expedite your shipment. We're available to provide as much or as little assistance as is needed. If you do not have the staff necessary to prepare all of your documentation, leave it to us. If you have the systems in place, leave only the shipping to us. Just remember, if you need us, we're available to help you every step of the way.

Step 1. Free Quotations

A.S.A.P. will provide you a written quotation for your shipment if requested. Your quote will be prepared as soon as we receive your shipment details.

Step 2. Convenient Pick-Up and Delivery

A.S.A.P. will arrange to pick up and deliver your freight when it's convenient for you. Standard pick-up and delivery times are from 8:00am to 5:00pm. After hours pick-up and/or delivery is also available if required.

Step 3. Documentation

A.S.A.P. will help you prepare all of your documentation, from simple labeling, bills of lading and shipping papers, through customs clearance for both imported and exported goods. Your A.S.A.P. representative is always available to help you prepare the necessary paperwork.

Step 4. Anywhere, Any Way Shipping

A.S.A.P. can handle virtually any size shipment, from single cartons and crates, to bulk and containerized freight. Depending on your budget and deadlines, we will recommend the most efficient and feasible mode of transport, including air, ocean, or ground. Depending on your requirements, we will arrange door-to-door, door-to-airport, airport-to-airport, door-to-port, or port-to-port delivery. A.S.A.P. offers deferred (3 to 5 days), standard (2 to 3 days), and express (1 to 2 days) delivery services. Next flight out service is also available. Provide us with your requirements, and we'll make the arrangements. A.S.A.P. has established a network of agents worldwide to handle shipments to virtually any international destination. Among the areas we service are North, Central, and South America, Europe, the Far East, Asia, and South Africa.

Step 5. Customs Clearance

If you are shipping internationally, we can handle the preparation of your customs documentation and will work with our overseas agents to clear your freight as quickly as possible.

Step 6. Shipping Confirmation & P.O.D.

Whatever your preference, phone, e-mail, or fax, A.S.A.P. will automatically confirm delivery of each and every shipment if requested. If you require P.O.D. (proof of delivery), you'll get it. We'll mark all of your requirements directly on your shipping papers to ensure you always receive the information that you need.

If you have special requirements for your shipments, simply provide them to us, and we will do everything possible to make the arrangements that you request.
